The first half of the workshop will cover the Value Proposition Canvas.
We’ll investigate who your customers are, what jobs they perform, what pains they experience, and what gains they want. We’ll explore how your product relieves your customers’ pains and creates their desired gains.
When it comes to writing high-performing website copy, sales scripts and video scripts, the Value Proposition Canvas is the foundation for getting massive results.
Customer Onboarding Workshop
The second half of the workshop will cover the Onboarding Process using the Pirate Metrics Model.
Pirate Metrics are split into five key areas known as AARRR. AARRR! Like a Pirate.
We’ll come up with ideas for how new customers will hear about you for the first time, how they’ll come onboard, how they’ll become paying users, how they’ll generate referrals, and reasons they leave.
When it comes to growing your business, the best-and-breakthrough-ideas often come from the people who interact with your customers regularly. This is a big brainstorming session to get all those ideas out into the open, before we move into the prioritisation and planning phase.
Key Metrics Model
After running through the Pirate Metrics Model in the workshop, we’ll prepare a financial model for your business based on the key drivers we’ve identified. Then, we’ll find the data we need to get a real idea of how you’re doing today and where the gaps are. This is the same model we use to prioritise ideas and predict our results in the Growth Strategy phase.
After running through the Value Proposition Canvas in the workshop, we’ll start to form an idea of who your customer segments are. We’ll segment your users and give them each an identity: a name and a story filled with insights to help you understand them better.
Every company has limited time and money. Now that we have lots of ideas, we must prioritise them.
Customer Segment Prioritisation
ContentNot all customers are created equal. Some are worth more; some are easier to obtain. We’ll take you through our Customer Segment Prioritisation Process to help you choose a select few customer segments to focus on first.
Value Proposition Prioritisation
Each customer segment places different weighting on the benefits you provide to them. We’ll help prioritise your value propositions (from the workshop) for each customer segment. This will help with writing precise and focused copy for landing pages, tailored sales scripts and customised video scripts.
Growth Idea Prioritisation
We’ll turn growth ideas (from the workshop) into tightly defined experiments with clear costs and predicted results. We’ll use this information to prioritise experiments.
Growth Plan – “Top Ten Tactics in 120 Days”
Because you have limited resources (time and money) we can’t run all experiments at once, so we’ll choose from the prioritised list of experiments. Whether we pick ten tactics or 30 tactics to execute in 120 days is wholly up to you and your budget.
